Whether you’re looking to try a beginner-level class or something a little more advanced, we’ve got options to flex with your unique practice goals.

Book a class

We offer 50 minute classes of Reformer Pilates throughout the week. We will be providing Power and Sculpt Reformer classes.

Power Reformer is a dynamic style of class. It will focus more on rep number, speed and strength. This class is great for building stamina through faster movements. Our Jump Board classes are a form of Power Reformer. Jump boards are the new Reformer revolution. This clever piece of equipment adds extra intensity to your Reformer exercise. Not only are you using the weight resistance of the Reformer but you are also pushing against a Jump Board at the same time, burning extra calories and increasing the heart rate further. Sculpt Reformer classes is a classical style of class and will be targeted more on careful, focused movements.

All these classes will aim to strengthen the body, help with posture, sculpt and tone the body and will have you feeling energised and uplifted.

There will also be Beginner classes for those wanting to try Reformer for the first time or those that may need a refresher. For the new parents out there, please don’t stress as we will have you covered, offering Parent Reformer and Baby in Pram classes. All our sessions will cater for mixed abilities but we do recommend beginners to take at least 2 beginner classes before moving to our Power and Sculpt mixed ability classes.
